I’m so sorry to hear about my friend, Peg.
She was so dear to so many, lively, witty,
and so talented!
I first met Peg singing in the Messiah choir. Her beautiful voice was one of her many activities from tennis, skiing, bridge, traveling, etc. She was caring inside and out! She loved and talked about her whole family, sister, nephews, etc. She will be so
missed by everyone.

Peg was a delightful soul. I had the pleasure to meet her through my mom (Marge Henry) when she joined Smith Village. Peg went out of her way to befriend my mom when she first arrived and brought her into her circle of friends that are all wonderful people. Other will say it better but Peg had class. Whatever she did, she simply exuded style and grace. Her gentle humor and pleasant nature made her a genuine pleasure to hang out with. She will be remembered fondly and thoughts of her will forever bring smiles.

I was very sad to her if Peg’s passing. My mother (Marjorie) and Peg worked together at Mass Mutual and one summer I also worked at the agency as a telephone operator. I got to spend a lot of time with Peg that summer. She was a beautiful woman with a great sense of style. She was so warm and welcoming to me and I greatly appreciated her kindness. She was a good friend to my mom and they remained in touch after retirement. Sincere condolences to the family. My prayers are with you.

My condolences to Peg’s family. I worked with her at Mass Mutual for many years. We had some great times together over the years even after I retired. Most memorable was our trip to Denver for work. May she Rest In Peace

My sincerest condolences to each member of the family Peg loved. I am fortunate to have been one of Peg’s many friends. Her spirit and zest for life were contagious. Laughter, good stories, great style, vodka martinis, a plate of pasta, a chocolate dessert, all made for a delightful evening out. But, Peg was so much more, caring and generous as well. I admired her great talents and wide interests. When her diagnosis came, she faced it realistically. I will always remember that, her acceptance that life on earth must end. Hers was a life well lived.

Peg was a good friend for many years; she loved to travel, play bridge, swim in the pool at her building, have an occasional martini, go out to an Italian restaurant. I visited her several times at Smith Village and will miss her very much. My condolences to her sister Pat and the rest of her family.

Peg lived at one end of the floor, I at the other. We thoroughly enjoyed each other's company, frequent dinners, bragging rights over who got an orchid to bloom the second or third time She was a joy and those of us who knew her in our building were devastated when she took ill and when she moved south. We miss her. My sincerest condolences to her family.
