To The Phelan Family,
We are so sorry for the loss of your mom. We were "lucky" enough to live next door to Marge for 7 memorable years. She was like a second mom to Billy and I and a grandma to our two girls. She was so easy to talk to and it was difficult to move away from such a wonderful person. My children and I will always remember her candy drawer and the wonderful potato chip cookies that she baked often. She was so friendly and welcomed everyone into her home; even our 110 pound dog, Yogi, that she allowed to run up and down her stairs. She was a very special person in our lives and was always there when you wanted to talk or sit and have a drink on her porch. She was definitely a "gem" and will be greatly missed! Our Thoughts and Prayers are With You At This Difficult Time.

Dear Phelan Family-
My Family, the Klains, have lived across the street from your Mom since I was 14 years old. Your Mom was a very kind woman and I always enjoyed meeting her out on the curb to chat. She consistently had something good to say about my Mom and Dad. I moved to Alabama many years ago, but whenever I came home, she made sure she said a few words to me and my son, Nick. Nick always laughs and tells the story that your Mom thought he was a basketball player (5'8") because he was so tall. She was special to all of us and I am so sorry for your loss.
You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
