I remembered when I met you on the corner of 53rd and Harper, in the summer of 2000, when Coconuts once stood.
You had class, style,& taste, and I will never forget your passion for decorating, or the beautiful long-haired cat you had at your townhouse.
I´m sorry to hear about your passing, and will take my memories of you with me. I think about you every now and again.
Rest in Paradise, Marcus. I´m glad our paths crossed.

Dear Tiffany,

I wish to offer my condolences at the death of Marcus. My name is Eva McCann. I am a long past friend of Marcus'. I saw him through some hard times during the 1980's. The last time we spoke was in the early 2000's and although we had not spoken in years I thought of him often and would tell myself, “I need to call him soon to see how he is doing”. I joined Facebook recently and of course had to look him up since he is after all the person who introduced me to computers in the first place. I am now sorry to say that my “soon” was not soon enough.

Marcus was a great guy and I thought very highly of him. I offer my solace to you in your time of sorrow.

Sincerely,

Eva
