Marco D'Agostino, 86, of Park Ridge, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2021.Cherished son of the late Concetta and Giuseppe D'Agostino of Auletta, Italy. Husband of the late Letizia Morrone of Pertoza, Italy. Dearly loved and wonderful companion of Deloris Gill. Brother of the late Vincenza (the late Ciro) Buccino of Rome, Italy. Devoted brother of Vince (Angela) and adored baby sister, Nicolina (Frank) Milito. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Marco was born in Auletta, Compania, Italy and fully realized the American dream thru endless hard work. Lying-in-state at St Michael's Church Old Town, 1633 North Cleveland Ave, Chicago on Friday, December 31 from 10:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. I worked for Marco for a few years and always called him "Uncle Marco". When I'd go to work I'd greet him every day with a kiss on the cheek. Forever missed and dearly loved.

Marco was a good man and a good friend. He always had me say Masses for his Mother on her anniversaries. I know he suffered for a long time. I will never forget when he had to wear that horrible contraption to keep his head stable. I will never forget his many kindnesses to me. May he rest in peace.

I am saddened to hear of Marco's death, but am relieved to know that he is no longer suffering. I thank his family for asking me to assist him in his last days. May God bless him for his generous concern for many good causes. May he rest in peace.
