Marc Beland Obituary
He was born in Manchester, NH on July 14, 1966 a son of Gerard R. & Yvette (Vachon) Beland of Manchester.
Mr. Beland was a self employed painting & wallpaper contractor and was the owner of Marc’s Painting & Wallpapering.
He had a great love of nature and was an avid NASCAR enthusiast and snowmobiler. He was a member of both the NH Snowmobile Assoc., and the Pittsburgh Ridgerunners. He loved God & Country and was proud to display the American Flag. Mr. Beland also enjoyed fishing as well as tending his lawn and flower garden. He spent weekends and vacations in Pittsburgh, NH with family and friends. His greatest devotion was to his wife and daughter whom he loved dearly. He was a loving son & brother who will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, members of his family include his wife, Sharon (Loranger) Beland of Merrimack, a daughter Ashley Loranger, of Merrimack, a brother Gerard P. Beland of Merrimack, a sister and brother in-law, Pamela & Matthew Zottos of Somersworth, four nieces Brittany Beland, Olivia Zottos, Brendan & Kristy Loranger, and his father in-law & mother in-law, Robert & Vivian Loranger of Merrimack, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Calling Hours are at the George R. Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, NH 03054, Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Ph. 603-424-5530.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday Sept. 22, 2005 in Our Lady of Mercy Church, 28 Baboosic Lake Rd. Merrimack, NH Thursday at 10 AM. Fr. Georges deLaire, Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Last Rest Cem. Merrimack. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Marc R. We were so shocked and sorry to learn of Marc's passing. We have fond memories of Marc both at our home and at our restaurant when he did such wonderful work for us. We remember him as a hardworking, honest & caring person. Our thoughts & prayers are with all of his family.
