I came back in April to see Lynn. My daughter and husband hounded me to go back to see her in case she didn't make it. I never believed she wouldn't get well! I'm still in shock and my heart is breaking over her death. I'm now so grateful that I went back to see her. She was actually doing pretty well when I saw her. She was tired, but we were still able to have a great visit. I'll hold on to those memories for the rest of my life! Not a single day goes by that I don't think of her several times. I think of her every morning when I put on my breast cancer bracelet, and every night when I take it off. I miss our phone calls the most. We talked on the phone about twice a week. Lynnie, you are loved and missed. My heart goes out to everyone who loved you!

Dear Florsheim Family and Phil:
Am so very sad that Lynn has passed away. Being the caring person Lynn was she befriended me, a "new kid," at Deerfield High School. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of such a wonderful, strong, loving person. Lynn will always be remembered and cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Lynn and I have been friends for 40 years, since 6th grade. She was a loving and compassionate person; and one who was always there for her friends. She was my dearest friend. She will remain close in my heart and thoughts. I will miss her greatly. My condolences to her family and friends for our loss.

Dear Florsheim family,
I was shocked to hear of Lynn's passing. I have very fond memories of Lynn from JR. High and D.H.S. We even got to visit her in her downtown appt about 20 years ago along with Kathy Milnes. I was looking forward to seeing her at the reunion. I remember a fun summer day swimming in your pool when we were kids. I lost my sister last May and I know that the happy memories will give you comfort. Blessings to you all.

Dear Florsheim Family.....
I was so sorry to hear of Lynn's passing last week. Lynn and I had a wonderful high school friendship and then lost touch for many years, until we finally found each other about a year ago. Frequent emails and instant messages brought awesome memories back to the both of us!Especially all the night I stayed over at what I thought was the coolest house I had ever seen back then! We always said we would never lose touch and I am saddened to admit we did. I am so happy we at least had started contacting each other once again. My deepest sympathy to you.......from the bottom of my heart... Love,Maureen

Dear Mrs. Florsheim, Abbie, Kathie, Kira, Kyle and Phillip,
I found out yesterday about Lynn. I am so very, very, very sorry about the loss of your beloved, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. We may have lost touch but I've always loved her and I'll never forget what a special friend she was. I didn't need to look at old pictures yesterday because they were a slide show in my mind from high school to college to marriages. We grew up together and no one ever takes the part of those special friends. Our deepest sympathy and love to all her loved ones and I wish I could have told her that I never stopped caring or loving her.
Very sincerely,
Carol Ruben Clark and family
