Lezon, Louis L. Prayers for Louis L. Lezon, 91, of Buffalo Grove, will be said at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, May 19th, at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, with the funeral Mass following at 10:00 a.m., at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, IL, 60089. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. Visitation will be held from 3 until 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, Palatine. Louis was born May 19, 1919 in Chicago, he passed away peacefully Saturday, May 14, 2011. He married Mary A. Polinski on November 3, 1945. Louis was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served during WWII. He retired from Sunbeam, Cicero, IL in 1981. "Lou" and Mary moved to Mountain Home, AR in 1990 where they enjoyed the warm weather and fellowship of other former Chicagoans. They returned to the Chicago area in 2004. Survivors include his wife, Mary A. Lezon (nee Polinski); children, Lawrence L. (Carol) Lezon, Mary Louise (Earl) Nichols, Donna (Mark) Cavalieri, Peter Lezon, Anne Marie (Dennis) D'Onofrio; eighteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Jessie (late Lester) Palzer. Louis was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Mary (nee: Mikulec) Lezon, siblings, John (late Jean) Leson, Mamie (late Stanley) Wanucha, Estelle (late Ray) Bock, Joseph (Bernice) Lezon, Anna (late Peter) Prah, Sophie (late Louis) Prah, Frank (late Irene) Lezon, Harry (late Harriet) Lezon, Chester (Annie) Lezon and Raymond (Celeste) Lezon.
