Duman, Louis R. beloved husband of Susan (nee Fleischaker), loving father of Pamela (Doug) Plocek, Barbara May, also Sharon (Robert) van Zwieten and Leslie (Frank) Jaffe, fond grandfather of Jennifer (Chris) Wilhelm, David Plocek, Megan (Ben) Glazer, Julia, Claire van Zwieten, David and Elizabeth Jaffe, great-grandfather of Thomas, Ava, Alex, Sydney and Arianna, dear brother of the late Al (Reva). Funeral services Friday, 9 a.m. at North Shore Congregation Israel, 1185 Sheridan Rd., Glencoe 60022. Interment Westlawn Cemetery. Memorials to Duman Fund, c/o Jewish Vocational Service, 216 W. Jackson St., Chicago, IL 60606 would be appreciated. Info 847-679-4740.

Please accept my condolences. I have found the Psalms to be of comfort in these times, especially Psalm 37:11. I look forward to that day when the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob fulfills his purpose for us to live the real life.
