(Irene), devoted grandmother of Laura (Rick) Lasko, Sherrie (Jim C.F.D.) Little, Dayna, Christopher, David and Melissa Grajewski, Timothy (Maureen) and Scott Erdman, Jeremy, Jeffery and Brittany Grajewski, Valarie, Irene, Michael and Laura Gutierrez, great-grandmother of Lauren and Amanda Lasko, Brandon and Meghan Little, Caroline and Colleen Erdman, loving daughter of the late Joseph and Minnie Patchak, dear sister of the late Laverne (Walter) Migala, Russell (Mary Anne) Patchak and Joseph E. Patchak Jr., many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 9 p.m., at Wollschlager Funeral Home, 3604 S. Hoyne Ave. Lying in state Monday, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. service at St. Philippus Church, 2040 W. 36th St., at Seeley Ave. Interment Bethania Cemetery.
