Sinay, Lillian L. (nee Lefkowitch), beloved wife and best friend of Fred for 62 years. Loving mother of Nanci (William) Gold, Dr. Barbara (Brent) Brotine and Gail (Ronald) Meyerson, dear daughter of the late Jacob and Gussie Lefkowitch, devoted grandmother of Brian (Michelle) Gold, Alayna (Gary) Lerner, Barry (Maryam) Brotine, Bruce Brotine, Sarah Meyerson and Emily Meyerson, great-grandmother of Tahlia, Eliram, Akiva and Azriel Gold, Jeffrey and Hayley Lerner, loving sister of the late M/Sgt. Emanuel and Leo Lefkowitch, fond cousin of Erich (Kitty) Sinai of Vienna, Liesl (Lazi) Pal of Naharia, Israel and Richard (Barbara) Rosenblum. Friend to many for years. Services Wednesday, 11 a.m., at The Piser Chapel, 9200 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Interment New Light Cemetery. Much love to all of you. Lillian was a real fighter and we will miss her. The last words I remember her saying to my Mom a few weeks ago was "Jodie come close to me, when I look at you I feel like I am looking in a mirror." Lillian was a beautiful and wonderful woman.
