I WORKED AT SHORELINE TOWERS CONDO FOR 18 YEARS !
LOVED HER FROM THE DAY, SHE MOVED IN!!!!!!!
SHE LOVED HER SWIMMING, TENNIS, BRIDGE, THEATER, AS WELL AS ALL HER FRIENDS..
MY PARTNER & I HAD BEEN TOGETHER 35 YEARS, AND SHE EVEN OFFERED TO TAKE CALLS AND HELP WITH OUR 35TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY AT LEONA'S TWO YEARS AGO FOR 75 PEOPLE, AS WE HAD IT CATERED AND HELD IN CHICAGO.
BILL & I MOVED TO SARASOTA FL. IN 2000, AND MAINTAINED OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HER ALL THESE YEARS.
MAY SHE REST IN PEACE, AS WELL AS HAVE IT !!!!!!!!!

Lila was a dear friend who played tennis with the SOBs (Sweet Old Broads) at the Oak Park Tennis Club. When the Fullerton Club closed, she joined OPTC and quickly endeared herself to all of us. She also was a "Saint" who loved volunteering at the various theatrical venues around town. Now she is an "Angel".

Lila was a wonderful person. There was no better friend than Lila Weinberg. My husband Dick and I knew her since 1968 playing tennis at the Waveland tennis courts. She was an A player and a tripe AAA person! She was kind, thoughtful and will always be there when anyone needed her assistance no matter when. Lila you deserve to rest and now you will be in heaven with all our great friends Carol Levy, Bob Kirk, Eddie Strasser and of course my loved Dickie! Be well my friend! Miss you...Lots of love
