I met Lewis Rudnick in 1978 when i first moved to Chicago.

During our long personal and professional relationship we not only collaborated on many fine projects but spent quality "down-time" together at IFA Conventions during the 70's, 80's and even the 90's.

He was as fine a gentleman as you would ever meet. He was understanding and his intellect always demonstrated a thirst for more knowledge and experiences.

I am proud to have collaborated with Lewis and to have been an acquaintance and friend.

I work for the Intenrational Franchise Association for which Lew was general counsel for a number of years during which I had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a fine gentleman and one of the nicest people I have had the privilege of knowing. I was shocked and saddened to learn of his passing and will miss him very much. To the Rudnick Family: I was so saddened to hear about Lewis' passing. I worked at Rudnick & Wolfe for 18+ years as Allen Ginsburg's secretary and saw Lewis every day. A kinder, gentler, and compassionate man would be hard to find. I will cherish the days that I was able to spend working with him and remember him with great fondness. Mr. Rudnick was a patient, decent man who showed me a great deal of kindness when I first began to practice law. Both the profession and the world at large are left poorer by his passing.
