I love you and miss you Dad.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Buddy was my first real boss. I have not worked at DS for 20 years, but alway thought fondly of him. I decided to google him this morning to see how things were going. Imagine my surprise. He will always be remembered.

I've known the Moore/Wineburgh family since their oldest Mason was about 3 years old. Buddy was definetly always the cornerstone of the family. He's everyones hero and favorite person. His infamous "chats w/ poppa" where he would gather the grandkids will surely garuntee that all the charm, wisedom, and joy that Buddy had will truly live on through his family. Stay strong my thoughts, prayers, and love are with you all!

Buddy was my Partner, Friend, Confidant, and second father. He was one of the most influential people in my life. He was a special person, I will miss him more than anyone will know.

Ginger: You and Buddy were such a great couple. The photo taken of you and Buddy at Loyola Medicine's Leadership Society Dinner spoke more than 1,000 words. He was so upbeat and such a pleasure to be around. My deepest sympathies.

Dear Ginger,
You and Buddy have been in our prayers this past year as you are today. Sorry that we could not pay our respects in person, but we are still in Florida. We send our deepest sympathy to you and all of Buddy's family.

I was very sorry to read of your loss. During my early childhood, I lived with my family across the street from the Wineburghs, and have many fond memories of all of the long summer days in and out of each other's houses. Buddy and Harriet were warm and generous people - like another set of parents for all of the kids on our block. I have told my sons about those early days on Greenleaf, and wished that we could have something that good for them. Buddy was a great father, and will be missed by a lot of people.

Buddy was one of my first clients and oldest work friends. He believed in me and supported me from the begining. I have a special place reserved in my heart for him. He was very special and really made the world he lived in a better place.

Buddy was a great handball competitor and a good friend. We enjoyed sharing special events with him and with Ginger. He will be missed by so many, many people.

My Buddy...forty-plus years we went thru all the ups and downs of our crazy business..thru it all you were the ultimate mensch and good friend...We're sorry we can't be with you and Ginger and the family on Tuesday,but know our love,respect and really warm memories will be with you for another forty years.

Although I did not spend a lot of time with Buddy, he always made me feel like I was one of his best friends. One of the kindest and most generous men I knew. The best memory was seeing Buddy and Ginger on the "Kiss Cam" at the Bulls game.

One of the joys of working at the East Bank Club was having Buddy front and center in my aerobics class. His joie de vivre was contagious and will be missed.

Buddy, one of oldest friends from South Shore. I am now the only survivor from our memorable trip West in 1946. Our laughs together will live on. May you rest in peace.

Buddy was someone you could always count on - for a laugh, for help, for love, for fun, for advice if asked, and for the joy of life. He will be missed and will be in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy to his nearest and dearest.

We lived next door to Buddy and Harriet in Glencoe and came to admire them and their family. Through all the subsequent years, with their ups and downs, Buddy was the ultimate mensch. I will miss our frequent chats at the EBC.

Few men on the planet could have been more blessed: wordly success, a devoted family and the love of an extraordinary woman, Ginger.

Buddy will be truly missed by all who loved him - and there are many - but his life was full. This was a lucky man.

May peace and joyous memories fill the void felt by his family.

Like a second father, you were always there for me with your warmth, wisdom and humor. Your family is my family. Aunt Ginger, my brother, my sisters and my cousins.
