Lenny Colen was a very close and dear friend of mine since kindergarten at La Fayette Elementary School in Chicago. We both attended Roosevelt High School in Albany Park where as Juniors we met Nort Josephson. The three of us were inseparable and literally did everything together. Len was the best man my wedding. Although we drifted apart for quite a while, we reconnected in our senior years. We shared numerous breakfasts and lunches together and Len attended a dinner in my honor in 2019. I will miss him a great deal as he meant a great deal to me and he was a big part of my formative and growing up years. We had so many funny and memorable experiences together. A fellow, I truly adored and shall miss. My since condolences to his family which I would like to express in person.
