Lyons, Leo J. of Oak Lawn, 88 years, beloved husband of 63 years to Shirley (nee Hackett), loving father of Tom (Maureen), Bob (Marilyn), Jim and Mike (Ann), proud "Papa" of Tim, Brian, Brendan, the late Patrick, Matt, Scott, Stephanie, Meghan, Dan and Kevin, great-grandfather of five, fond brother-in-law of Muriel (the late John) O'Connor and Catherine (the late Merrill) Hackett, "Uncle Lee" to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, three sisters, several brothers and sisters-in-law and other relatives. Visitation Monday, 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn, followed by an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, Masses or Contributions to the Patrick M. Lyons Memorial Scholarship Fund at Brother Rice High School are greatly appreciated.
