Raddatz, Lawrence W. "Babe" age 77, beloved husband of Mary C. (nee Thome), loving father of Therese (John) Bresnahan, Larry (Laurie), Tom, retired CFD (Erin Conway), Maureen, retired Lt. USN (Mark) McGinty, William, Maryland PD (Amy), and Tim, CFD (Denise) Raddatz, dearest grandfather of Tricia, Jill, John, Missie, Katelyn, Sean, Samantha, Cally, Katie, Wesley, Meghan, Shawn, Molly, Maryalice, Grace, Justin, and Ryan, great grandfather of Matthew and D.J., dear brother of Patricia (the late Wally) Lomonof, John (Helen), Arlene (Dale) Martin, Martin (Eileen), and the late Thomas (Shirley), Clifford (the late Rita), James (Noreen), Donald and Robert Raddatz, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. A Veteran of U.S. Army Korean War, Member of Canaryville Veterans Assoc., The Flags S.A.C. and Madonna Council K of C #1135 and retired 52 year employee of Spiegel's. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Gabriel's Church Building Fund, 4522 S. Wallace St., Chicago, IL. 60609. Funeral Wednesday, 9:15 a.m. from Thomas McInerney Sons Funeral Home, 4635 S. Wallace St., (46th Place at McInerney's Corners) to St. Gabriel Church for Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a.m. Visitation Tuesday, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. 773-268-0703

Very sorry to hear about the passing of Larry one of my favorite relatives, he always went out of his way to say hello and check up on me when I worked at Spiegel's when I was in high school.



He was alot of fun to be around. I sure have some good memories. I am glad I had the chance to know him.
