"Jack" CPD, devoted mother of Jake, Kelly and Luke, cherished daughter of Joseph and JoAnn Putz, dear sister of Karen, Timothy (Roseann), Neil (Pum) Putz, beloved daughter-in-law of Jack and Florence Ryan, cherished sister-in-law of Jim (Linda) Ryan, Cathy (Randy) Schroeder and Colleen (Denis) Ryan, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. and great aunt of one, loving niece, cousin and friend to many. Funeral Tuesday, 10:45 a.m. from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd St., Oak Lawn, to Queen of Martyrs Church, Mass 11:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
