Kristy West Obituary

West, Kristy Lee 22 years old, of Paddock Lake, WI, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin after a brief illness. Born March 3, 1983 in Winfield, IL, the daughter of Ronald and Lee Ann (Brewer) West. The family lived in the Leyden Twsp. area before moving to Paddock Lake in the 1990's. She was a graduate of Central High School class of 2001 and was attending Gateway Technical College. Her love of the culinary arts lead her to jobs in the food industry. Kristy enjoyed her friends, children, cooking, traveling, and dolphins. Survivors include her parents Ronald and Lee Ann of Paddock Lake, maternal grandmother Virginia Brewer of Jasonville, IN, paternal grandmother, Jean (Art) Neefe of Bensenville, IL, and many loving cousins, friends and godchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Kirby Ann and her grandfathers David Brewer and Arthur West. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday July 30, 2005 at the Strang Funeral Home, 1055 Main St. (Rte 83) Antioch, IL. Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery, Salem, WI. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4 until 8PM on Friday. Contributions may be made to the Aplastic Anemia Foundation in her memory. Please sign our guest book at www.strangfh.com.
