Dear Keith~
Our entire family wishes you strength during this period of mourning for your beloved brother Kevin. Kevin was a kind, smart and considerate man. He was a great son to his parents, a role model and good friend to his brothers, a compassionate and caring uncle to his nephews, and a generous and devoted loving father to his beautiful daughters. All who knew him were enriched by his warmth and compassion. While he will be sorely missed, his memory will remain with us and remind us all how lucky we were to be part of his life. Kevin's passing at such a young age reminds us all just how fleeting life can be. We know how much Kevin meant to you, Carleen, Sean and Ryan. We wish for you and your entire family only happiness and health from this time forward. All of our love, Siobhan, Joe, Sam, Ashley and Sophie.

I am a retired Illinois State Police officer and I worked with Kevin when he was assigned to the DEA St Louis office. I am glad we stayed in touch over the last few years. Good guy with a sense of humor and a big White Sox fan. Very sorry to hear about his passing. He will be missed.

Condolences to the McDermott family on Kevin's passing. Kevin was a good friend and brother DEA family member of mine in St. Louis Division. We shared many happy times and also shared a tragic loss of Detective Steve Strehl in a helicopter crash. Kevin excercised heroic efforts in attempting to save Det. Strehl.
Rest in peace my friend, your watch is over.
