Shelia, if ever four words could describe "KEVIN" nothing could be more appropriate than "TILL WE MEET AGAIN". That was truely the essence of a guy called KEVIN.

Bridget and Family,

My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to you. From the conversations at NMH, I could tell that your dad was an extra special person. When you think of him remember the words of Jesus (John 16:22)"You also, therefore, are now, indeed, having grief; but I shall see you again and your hearts will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you."

Meghan and Family - I just learned about the passing of your dad and was so sad to hear the news. Even though it was long ago, I still remember him always laughing and joking with us at your house on Sawyer. May you find comfort in the love and strength he shared with you - He lives on in all the stories and memories.

All the Best,

The Lanuti Family

Dear Sheila,

I was out of town when my sister-in-law, Mary B. called to tell me. I am so sorry for you and all the McCormick family. I will always remember Kevin as the one who took our Megan and Toby to the airport for their honeymoon and then came right back and picked Jim and me up to take us to the airport for our "honeymoon"! I know for a fact Sheila that Kevin and Jim are finally healthy and happy, hopping, skipping, jumping and so glad to see each other.

Dear McCormicks,

I hope this note finds you laughing about the good times we have all shared even though we miss Herman so much. Even though our last names our different I feel as if we were all of the same family on 80th and Sawyer. It is hard to imagine the years to come with water shows, Kevin taking us to volleyball games, fire department stories, "this ain't no gymnasium", going to the Oak Lawn pool, stories about the boat, the smooth, Notre Dame games, and trying to find him...always at the cottage. The Ryan Family lives have been touched by Herman and by every single one of the McCormicks. Thank goodness you moved out of "neighborhood," I can't imagine living my life without my best friend Meghan. I pray that in the years to come we will stay close and that we will laugh for hours about all crazy stories we have. I pray that God will bring Kevin to heaven to watch over us all... God Bless you and we love you very very much. Love, The Ryans
