Kelly Collins Obituary

Collins, Kelly Marie age 44. Passed away suddenly April 8, 2004 in Bloomington, IL. she was born in Chicago. She is survived by her loving family, her daughter Melissa (John) Robertson, her mother Carol Collins, three sisters Candy (Bob) Dobis, Jennifer (Bart) Fejes and Georgie Collins, one brother Gilbert Collins, three grandchildren, Lucas, Joshua and Rachel Robertson, three nieces, Cara, Chelsea and Casey Fejes, two nephews, Eric and Brian Dobis. She is also survived by many cousins and friends, her dog Scout and her cat Oreo. She was preceded in death by her father Gilbert Collins and a companion Art Melvin. A memorial visitation will be held Sunday, April 18, 2004, from 12 noon until time of service at 2 p.m. at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL, 60423.
