Hi, my sweet Carmella !It's a very cold, windy winter day here in Chicago. We got a lot of snow yesterday. So glad I don't have to shovel !! Beautiful to look at from my high-rise window, but that's as close as i'll get !! I've started a couple of new crafting projects. That should keep me busy and warm : )
You left us to be in a better place a year ago today. I know that your CHRISTmas was miraculous, everything we dream of it being. Your first one in the LORDS home. How joyous that must be !! I miss you everyday and am thankful to have had you in my life. You're a "one in a million" sister and friend. You are heavy on my mind ,today especially... and always in my heart. I love you.

Grandma, I have been thinking about you so much and wonder if you can feel that up in heaven. I just want you to know that I will always cherish the memories of growing up and having you as my grams. I miss talking about books to read and movies to watch that we often did. I miss your unbelievable cooking and your beautiful laughter.
