To my Sister and Friend
I remember all the laughter and tears we shared
from : smoking Grandpa's old cigars in the slew
to : the duck banders on Butternut Lake
The tears we cried for all our lover ones, Larry, Mom & Dad our Friends and Relatives.
I will miss you every second, minute and hour of every day, All the days of my life.
You are "My Special ANGEL"
I was so glad God let Me and Tom be with you as you took your last breath and went to your new home free of Cancer and being met at the "Pearly Gates" by those who Loved You and gone before you.
I was and always will be proud to be your older sister.

Aunt Kathy,
They say that time flies but you never really realize how fast until one day you are grown up and you have children of your own. The people that you looked up to when you were a child are no longer bigger and older than you but are now almost the same as you. They will always be your heroes and role models but now they can be your friends as well.
There are so many beautiful and wonderful things that we are allowed to be apart of while we are here on earth. From its spectacular sunsets and magnificent Mountains to its memorable people, this world has a lot to offer.
What makes something spectacular, magnificent and memorable doesn’t have to be in its size or its monetary value, it can be so much smaller. Teaching Children how to bake cookies, make soap bottle dish ladies or just playing 500 in softball can be all of these as well.
They say that you measure a man not buy his financial value but what he has given to the ones he loved. I believe this to be true. Aunt Kathy you should have been one of the richest ladies around. I know you taught us kids a lot and I’m sure I never told you how grateful I was. You were always there when we needed you; I wish I could be for you now. Please know I am in my heart.
I hope Grandpa, Grandma and uncle Larry made you feel right at home, like you did for all of us all this time.
I know I missed the cards you wrote saying Uncle Larry too…. but I know we’ll all miss the way you tapped up the boxes when you gave a gift.
Thanks for being our gift for so many years. Thanks for being AUNT KATHY…….
Enjoy your new life, pain free with no worries.
Please tell Uncle Larry I miss the peanut butter and bread.
Until we meet again,
Love always
Ed

To a Great Aunt and Special Person,
There a few people that make an impact on everyone they meet. You were one of them. Everytime there was an event or family function the first thing people would say is "will Kathy be there". We all knew that you were special and just knowing you would be there made people happy. You will ALWAYS be remembered as a fun loving, caring, kind, crazy, adventurous, loyal, loving person. You will be missed more than you could ever know.
We will never forget you.
I love you

Larry...
I have been gone for some years from Illinois, but I have always missed a few relatives. Your ma was one...I always waited to get a Christmas Card...she always wrote a brief "Hi"! I am glad I was able to spend some time with her, just wish it could have been happier moments. I will miss her.

My sincere condolences to the family at the loss of such a lovely lady. Having known her for 25 years, I was able to see a soft and kind side of her that many were not able to experience.
Each time I see a rose bloom, I will be reminded of her smile.
I'll never forget you, Kathie. Thank you for being such an important part of my life.
