Katherine I will miss you and look forward to seeing you in our next life ;) You were one of the kindest, most empathetic people I ever met. Everyone could learn from your blessed good cheer and generosity, despite so many physical challenges. May your family know how so, many, many people thought so highly of you, will miss you and who so revered your good work.

Katherine will be missed so much. She was very kind and enjoyed the little things in life. I remember that she loved birds. One year birds made a nest in the wreath that was on her door and that was such a joy for her to watch them. Peace be to her memory. Mary Coleman

I remember once the window fell on little gary's fingers,Kathy got so nervous that she lifted the window, and let go of it before taking his fingers out,it dropped on them again. She looked at me and yelled, whats so funny! it wasnt funny to her then but later we laughed like hell about it.

Please accept my deepest sympathies at this time. Having experienced the loss of cherished family members myself I know how painful the sting of death was for me. However, I was able to draw strength from the words of the Bible. It tells us that there will indeed be a time when our beloved loved ones will be ressurected. Until then, lean upon the God of all comfort. He will make us firm. He will make us strong.

Katherine was a wonderful person. I enjoyed working with her at NEIU. We spend many hours sharing life stories and having a good laugh. I enjoyed her jokes and her literary wisdom. Yes, I will miss you Katherine. Florina.
