Guistolise, Julie 34, daughter of Carolyn (Dr. Donald) Fisher and Philip S. (Rev. Kate) Guistolise, sister of David Guistolise, Michael Guistolise, Lucy Guistolise and Evelyn Fisher, granddaughter of Winifred and the late John Conqueror and Sam and Malvina Guistolise, niece of Paul Guistolise and Mary Anne Child. Memorial service Sunday, 2 p.m., at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 939 Hinman, Evanston. Interment St. Luke's Episcopal Church. I have been the PM nurse for 3 1/2 years here at the Wright Home. Julie has always been my favorite and my baby. The love she showed through gestures and facial expressions showed me that she knew that I loved her and that I was taking care of her and her smiles when hearing my voice let me know that she loved me too! My name is Diane and I am the A.M. Shift Supervisor here at the Wright Home. I have helped take care of Julie for almost 4 years. She was an angel in life as in death. I will miss her and pray she is loved as much as she was here. I love you Julie. Be at peace and in God's arms always.
