Purpura, Julia V. (nee Stasiak) Age 86 of Darien. Formerly of Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Frank Jr.; loving mother of William (Jane) Purpura and the late Frank Purpura III; beloved daughter of the late Veronica and Lawrence Stasiak; proud grandmother of Sarah (Jesse) Johnson, Kristen Purpura and Patti Purpura; great-grandmother of Alexa, Brianna, Ethan, Madelyn and Zachary; dear sister of Lottie Czulno, the late Sophie Serafin, the late Anthony Stasiak and the late Genevieve Stasiak; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, August 17th 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Adolf Funeral Home, 7000 S. Madison St., Willowbrook. Funeral Friday, August 18th, 9:00 from the funeral home to Our Lady of Peace Church-Darien for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery-Calumet City. (630) 325-2300.
