Dear Hal,
It is with such sadness that I write to you and the family to extend my condolences upon hearing of Judy's passing. What a fighter she was! I cherish all of the memories from Lincoln Park Zoo Board, Infant Welfare Society (remember when she was Treasurer and how she caught the girl who was stuffing our money down her gown at the Shedd Aquarium Ball?) and of course the parties in your home in Wilmette and our visit to your home in Lauderdale. We didn't get together much lately; but talked on the phone and ALWAYS the conversation centered around you, Beth, Dory, Wendy and Hal IV ... Her family was the center of her being. I've saved everyone of your wonderful Christmas Photos & feel like I've watched the kids grow! I'll miss Judy very much. With all our love to you and the kids.... Roberta & Mel

Dear Binyons,
Jay and I were so sad to hear of Judy's passing. I can so vividly remember walking into your house in Wilmette during Wendy's skating years and marveling at Judy's energy and ability to make anyone feel welcome. Your house was, to me, like a constant party with dogs barking and kids splashing in the pool. Jay and I both decided that when we became parents, that we wanted our kids to feel comfortable bringing friends over the way Judy was with her kids' friends.
My condolences to all of you, Hal, Dory, Beth, Wendy and Hal. Wendy, let us know where you are!
Much love,
Page

Ransom and I go back over 50 years from our Haven School days through ETHS and our many activities together there, the YMCA with The Plant Room and the Whitman Y club and the many social gatherings with our crazy crew in those halcyon and carefree days. She was always so well thought of, popular, had brains and was so nice and was greatly missed at the most recent reunion last month. I send loving sympathy to all of you Binyons. Julie Hunsberger

As a dear friend of Wendy, I know her mother must have been a very special woman to have raised such a special daughter. I send love and strength to all the family at this sad, sad time.
