To Judy's family I express my sincere condolences. I met Judy in Chimbote, Peru, when we were both in the Peace Corps. She was an excellent Peace Corps Volunteer and a dear friend of mine. We have stayed in touch over the years. I met several members of her family and have fond memories of being in her family home in Highland Park when we both recently returned from Peru.
Donald, I met you a few summers ago and you and Judy were very happy. Judy is greatly missed by many.

JUDY, my dearest friend I will miss you terribley. You and I were friends in good times and in bad times, we have known each other for almost forty one years. I have known you as a loving, compasionate and good friend. The gift you gave me and in turn a gift to my family and to a whole generation of the Rios family is eternally appreciated. May you be in peace my dear firend, may the creator hold you close to him for ever. I love you very much and will miss you always. till we meet again, rest in peace.
