There's not a single day that goes by that you aren't with me but days like today I miss you a lot extra. You were my first best friend grandma. I wish you were here today to see your new great grandkids. I wish I could hear the sound of your voice again. I love and miss you so much. My greatest memory is when I was a little girl. Papa, you, and I were in the living room under the colorful lights dancing to the jitterbug song. Memories like this are my most cherished. I'd give anything to have just 5 more minutes with you.

Josephine started as one of my residents, but she means so much more to me than that. She became the great grandmother of my daughter. She was my friend. Although I did not know her before she became ill, I have been given insight on how full of life she was. The years that I did get to spend with her were amazing. She was always full of smiles and just a pleasure to be around. Even with the tears in my eyes, I can still say I am glad her suffering has ended. She lived a great life and touched many hearts. Her spirit will carry on through her children, grandchildren, and her great granddaughter. She will forever be in our hearts. Gone, but never forgotten. Rest in peace. I love you Ma. Thank you for everything we have shared together over the years. Forever be our special angel that watches over us as we continue on our walks of life until we are all reunited once again at heaven's gate. ?

Josephine was more than one of my residents, she was more than the great grandmother of my daughter, she was a great friend. She was a loving mother, an amazing woman. Although I did not have the oppurtunity to know her before she became ill, I will always cherish the years I did get to know her. Even though she was sick, she still managed to put on a smile. She is one special angel that nobody will ever forget. Rest in peace. Gone, but never forgotten. Forever in our hearts. I love you Ma, thank you for everything we have shared over the years.
