Gene:

On behalf of myself, Frank Gallagher and the many people of the Skokie Park District who have had the pleasure of knowing and working with your dad, we want to offer our sincere condolences to you and your entire family.

Your dad was a fixture here at Weber Park for many, many years. He was a genuine person and a passionate man who really seemed to enjoy his work and being at the golf course.

Unlike some of our bad habits from the earlier days here at the rink, nobody -and I mean nobody- was going to sneak past your dad to get on to the golf course!

He's been missed around here since he retired a few years ago and he's now going to be sorely missed in society. Your dad was a good man.

God Bless.
