Motto, Joseph D. Attorney of Law, 96 years, Veteran WWII, formerly of Berkeley, beloved husband of the late Blanche (nee Neubauer), dear father of Dr. Joseph D. M.D. (Joy) and Attorney Patricia Motto (Michael McGhee), loving grandfather of Laura (Rob) Mattison, Joseph (Carlene), James, and Jennifer, great-grandfather of six, fond brother of the late Michael, Rocco, Salvatore, Theresa Izzo, Anne Tamburrino, Rachel Bellezzo, and Mary, uncle, great-uncle, great-great-uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Resting at Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 Cermak Rd. (two blocks west of Mannheim Rd.), Wednesday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Thursday, 9:15 a.m. to St. Domitilla Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven. "Uncle" Joe,
Thankfully I have many happy memories of you, your infinite kindness and intelligence, your great wit and a sense of humor second to none. Our earthly loss is my father's gain; he's been waiting for his best friend since 7/18/2006 and you know how impatient he was. I hope there's an OTB in heaven. May God bless you always.
