Joseph Mandic Obituary
Joseph "Kreso" Mandic, 88, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on April 27, 2023, in Fayetteville, GA. He was born on March 15, 1935, in Zakucac, Croatia. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Evelyne, his children Nadine (Pero) Mihaljevic, Jackie (Chuck) McCrary, and Tony Mandich, grandfather to Christina (Bobby), Catherine (Pat), Clinton, Kaitlyn (Tyler), Samantha (Simon), Alexandra (Seth), and Emily (Tyler), great-grandchildren Madison, Ethan, and Axl., brother-in-law Christian Weis, nephew Nicolas, nieces Meri and Vanja, and many cousins in Croatia.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents Ante and Tone Mandic, brothers Ante, Bozidar (Adela), Don Marin, Tomislav, Miroslav, and sister Matija.
Joseph was a member of Sacred Heart Croatian Church Choir, Klapa Stradun, Club Poljica, and Club Sinj.
The funeral mass was celebrated at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Fayetteville, Georgia. Joseph was buried at Camp Memorial Cemetery.
