Fr. Joe was a remarkable priest and gentle man. I am saddened by the news of his death, but grateful for his kind spirit, hearty laugh and his kindnesses to our family.
I fondly remember his comment after my mother's death. Learning the news that she, his cousin, had died, he said, "Oh, dear! We're running out of Florence's!"
Our condolences to Jack and Louise, and all his family on the death of
a good and faithful priest.

My mom, Florence (Healy), Fr. Joe's cousin, use to say that he said the most beautiful mass. She was right. Joe, first and foremost was the Lord's priest. At Joe's mass he shared with you a true sense of the sacred. Indeed, his wit and that lovely Irish twinkle in his eyes embraced us all. God keep you Fr. Joe.

My heart felt sympathies go out the family of Fr.Lunch . I am from St.Thomas More and I knew him from there and he was such a kind ,gentle caring ,and most of the time soft spoken priests I have ever met. He would always say hello to people . I am sure he went right to the loving arms of Jesus and The Blessed Mother Mary . RIP Phyllis Spizzirri
