Left cherishing his memory is his loving wife of 59 years, Betty Hoover Golding; daughters Arlene (Garland) Coltrane, Joyce Buechele; son, Joe (Cheyenne) Golding; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jean Penkalsky and Joann Stemwell.
A Life Celebration will be held on Friday, July 19, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road, with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3-8 p.m. and Friday after 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Aunt Betty, Arlene, Joyce and Joey and families
My heart goes out to you all during this time. May you take comfort in all of the memories that you have. I will remember all of the wonderful memories of you all when you came up... Uncle Joe will be remembered as being so kind to anyone that he came in contact with. He was always smiling; made you wonder what he was up too. And we will meet up with him again to continue the next chapter of memories. May you rest in peace.

Rest in peace, Uncle Joe..:(...... Although our times together shared were short visits, mainly as I was a much younger person... It was ALWAYS great to see you and your family!
