What wonderful memories were made with josephine gagliardo and the colamatteo family. i was a child and watching the businesses they were in, both on North Avenue blossom while consulting and encouraging one another. Wow, that was in the 50's. Our families were born in love and work ... God has blessed us all. Thinking of you.

I took care of Joe when he was in St Anne's hospital many years ago and he was always raved about the nursing care. Everytime I saw Joe he mentioned it and was always smiling. He was such a great guy who everyone loved. Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Gagliardo's passing. He was a terrific man and always made me feel welcome whether visiting your home as a child or his office when I called on him for Pioneer Press. His passion for sports, and particularly golf, was great and always made me admire the relationship he and Andy had the opportunity to share over the years. He will be missed by many and he leaves a wonderful legacy as a kind man and a friend to many.
