Mr. & Mrs. Franks, Very sorry to hear about Joe. He and I started first grade together at Palos East and remained friends all this time. He was a good person and it was a pleasure to know him. He and I both loved to fly and ride our motorcycles. God bless you and your family. Sincerely, Jack Carter

Dear Uncle Bob and Aunt Ruth:

My heart aches for you and the family as I reflect on the sudden death of Joe. The small time that Joe and I spent together is important to me. I remember his presence at my diaconate and ordination to the priesthood. And, I remember the celebration of his wedding. He was so happy then. I will miss him. My condolences and my prayers in this time of mourning. My love to you and the family.
