Doctor Joe was my and my family's chiropractor from my early childhood for many years, and after that always a valued family friend. His visits were filled with joy, fun, and laughter. He was so good to us as children and so good to my parents as my mother suffered with cancer and died and my father aged. He was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all of us. Our condolences to you, his family.
Love, Celia, Dan, and Chet McCullough
