My deepest sympathies to Bubby's family. Growing up as a friend of Karen's I have fond memories of their family. They have always been so warm and welcoming. I brought Bubby a Chinese Star with Bruce Lee on it home from Germany in the '90's and he was so touched that he was thought of. Such a great man who will be missed. Hugs to the Como family.

The first time I met Joe was when he came over to pick up my husband (Don) and myself and we went to the casino. He was so polite and talkative. As the years went by, I really got to know Joe, he and my husband had so much in common, they could talk for hours in sport bets, work, taking trips, you name it. He was always invite to go with us to Vegas, which he did. His favorite table game (of course) was crabs, which last year when we were in Vegas taught me how to play. Joe was always a gentleman with me, always asking if I was hungry or wanted something to drink, if I wanted anything. This year we were planing a trip again to Vegas, all three of us. Now I'm not sure my husband or I want to go. Joe was a big part of our lives and we already miss him. Joe... may you rest in peace my friend, I know this is not good-by but until we meet again. Keep the dice ready for us in heaven. Love you Joe.... Donald & Mary Biscan

Joe was my downstairs neighbor for over 4 years. Although we didn't know each other all that well, he always struck me as a passionate and fiery guy, especially when it came to being a sports fan. He was never shy about expressing his displeasure whenever the Cubs or Bears were not doing so well and was always an engaging and friendly neighbor. My condolences go out to all of his family, friends, and loved ones.

We spent a week with Joe on a tour of Italy last year and really enjoyed his company. Joe was considerate, enthusiastic and down-to-earth. We send our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of this good man. Richard & Martha Luby

Joe was our mail carrier at the Tinley Park Fire Prevention Bureau. The short time he delivered mail to us, he made a great impression on all of us. I will forever remember Joe every time I have Biscotti and the correct way to say it. He will be missed. The TPFDB.

Excellent student of the Italian language and he did very well.
I am happy he came with us to Italy last year, something he wanted very much to do and he enjoyed so much.
We will miss Joe in class.
