Catalano, Joseph G. of Berwyn, U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, beloved husband of the late Sarafina (nee Garcia), loving father of Mary Ellen (Robert) Kogut and Thomas (Lynn), proud grandfather of Chris and Lisa, brother of Marie Gongorek, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, June 5, 9:30 a.m. from the Joseph Nosek & Sons Funeral Home, 6716 W. 16th St. (1 block East of Oak Park Ave.), corner of Euclid, Berwyn, to St. Mary of Celle Church, Mass 10 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Ronald McDonald House, P.O. Box 7002, Hines, IL, 60141, would be appreciated. Visitation 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.
