Even after all the years that have gone by I will never stop thinking of Joe He was a good man, father and a great friend. I had the privilege to work with him and get to know him and call him friend. I will never forget him and still speak of him often.

I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of Joe. He was in my homeroom in the CPD Academy. He was always a gentleman, and had a great sense of humor. I have many great memories of him.
