I was saddened to learn of Mr Amoruso's passing. He was my Concert Band director during my last year at Harrison High School in Jan 1960. He was a kind and knowledgeable man. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss your loving family member, teacher, and mentor, Mr. Amoruso. He was my music teacher at East Prairie School in Skokie during the late 1960's. He was a fantastic teacher and I am proud to have known him.

Mr. Amoruso and his late wife were always a joyful addition to any Benton House Senior function, they attended many holiday luncheons and will be missed. Our hearts go out to his family, especially his daughter Mary Jo, who we've all become extremely fond of and became our daily link to Mr. Amoruso over the last four years.
