Bea and Jess, I wish I could do or say something, anything that could make this pain not hurt so much... Irma and Maria, My deepest wishes are with you and your families... And Jose, my brother, Jose, this wasn't in the procedure - I am lost without you. I promise to keep the thoughts alive and help your family with whatever I can. I only need to look around - reminders of our time and works together are all around. To the world, a good, good man has been lost. Be at peaceful rest, God Bless, Jose.

I had the pleasure of working with Jose and Bea at CNA Insurance Company. Jose was such a wonderful man and he made such a positive impression on my life. I have so many fond memories and pictures of the Baby Shower for Jessica. I always teased Jose of having such a beautiful middle name "Ramon" and my son's middle name is "Ramon" thank you for sharing Jose with us we were indeed a family at CNA. God Bless Your Family and we will keep you in our prayers. Pamela Cudjo-Kelly

I had the pleasure of working with Jose for most of his years at Allstate. He was a kind, funny and sincere person and a good friend. He was one of those “special” people who will be missed by many.
My deepest sympathy to Jessica and the rest of the Munoz family at this most difficult time. May you take comfort in remembering all the good times you shared with Jose.

I enjoyed working with Jose very much over the past number of years. Jose has been a daily point of contact across the Atlantic and we deeply appreciated his partnership in the Billing QC testing team at Allstate Northern Ireland.

Jose was a great guy to work with, when I first met him he instantly made me feel welcome. He had the great ability to do his job very professionally but still have fun doing it. I will hold fond memories of his trip to Northern Ireland forever. Rest in peace. Graham.

On behalf of the PQS team at ANI, I would like to extend our deepest condolences to Jose's family.
The lucky team members that had contact with him will take with them Jose's kindness and friendly nature.
I personally had the opportunity of sharing jokes and spending time with him when he came over to Belfast few years ago. I saw him again last year in home office and had a great time with him. Like the rest of my colleagues at Allstate, I will miss him.
