oo-worker. Jordan had a very special place in my heart and in the many lives he touched. nurse rose was truly wonderful with him and took very special care of him. Please let me know if theres anything i can do for you and your family. teachers aide enger school and phamacy technician

Many hearts at York's Circle of Friends are sadder tonight. Jordan attended many of our events over the years. He was a valued and special presence we will miss. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jordan's mom and family.

I am so sorry for the loss of such a special young man. My sympathies to Jordan's family, friends, and all the York staff who worked with him and cared so deeply for him.

My heart aches for you. You have been an outstanding, caring, loving and supportive mother for Jordan. Your strength and love kept Jordan alive and well all these years. The Lord has called Jordan home. He is at peace. I will continue to pray for you, Eric, Gus, Michael, Jody and all of your extended family.
