Lynn, George & Jordan (Prancer & Damian too),
I can't begin to tell you how sorry I was to hear of Jon's passing. My thoughts are with you & your entire family during these especially tough times. May you take comfort in the fact that (altho taken way too soon) Jon departed this life at a time when his life was still filled with possibilities and not the pressures & disappointments of age & infirmity.
My love to you all - D2

Our deepest sympathy to you all at this very difficult time. In particular, Kevin always enjoyed coaching John in baseball. He certainly was a asset to the team (no surprise). Danny called us last night from college to talk about John. He always liked him and admired his many talents not only as an athlete but as a person. John loved you all very much. You were wonderful parents and a terrific brother to him. May God embrace you all and give you strength. The Gallagher Family

Dear Mr & Mrs Schwabe
I didn't know Jonathan, but I was at the funeral home last night for another wake, when I saw the long lines I knew this had to be for someone young.. I know how you feel, I lost my 22 year old son Brandon and his long time Girl Friend Sarah on Dec 28th a few weeks ago there car hit a tree avoiding a deer.. My heart goes out for you .. there is nothing worse then the loss of a child .. with so much ahead of them.. I just want to tell you .. just take each day slowly .. it does get alittle better.. maybe Jonathan, Brandon & Sarah are now new Freinds

Dear George,Lynn,and Jordan,
Our deepest sympathies, heartfelt prayers, and fondest memories go out to you all. From the early years at OLPH and the Cub Scout activities, through the years of sports, and onto the collrge years and all the parties inbetween,we are thankful for the miles of smiles that we traveled with Jonathan. His warm embrace, rosy cheeks, and enthusiastic hellos were always given freely and genuinely whenever he would come over to the house. We will always miss those and many other cherished moments but will be forever greatful to God that Jonathan and your family have always been such a part of our lives. We will pray for you and Jon and will always thank God that Jonathan was there to make us smile and to share his life with us.

Mr. and Mrs. Schwabe & Jordan-
I would like to send you my thoughts and prayers in this terrible time. Although I hadn't seen Jon in a long time, I will never forget that smile that was always on his face, the countless hours he would spend at my house with my brothers (Ross and Ryan) and of course, the times I would babysit and be taken on bike riding adventures all around Glenview!
He will be missed by so many, but left us all with great memories.

Mr., Mrs. and Jordan Schwabe,
My favorite memory of Jon was his good humor! No matter what you would say to him he would laugh and smile. We had the best time at Loyola with Mr. Samorian's senior year English class. Everyday the boys in the class would try to form a pyrimid. On the last day of class the guys achieved their goal of all staying together w/ out the pyrimid falling. I took a couple of pictures that day and even though he had so much weight on top of him in all of the pictures Jon is the only one laughing. I will pray for you and we will all remember the special times we had with Jon.

My prayers are with you and your family. I have a son the same age as Jon. I remember Jon when he played Little League.....I remember we played against his team one day at the fields near Greenwood and Lake. We were playing on the field near the concession stand...Jon hit a home run that not only cleared center field but landed near first base on the next field on the hill!We talked about that homerun for days. I will pray for you and your family that you may find the strength to persevere through all that you face. My heart goes out to you.
