Zonzo Jr., John A. suddenly, devoted father of John III, Dante' and Bella, beloved son of Josephine (nee Sciabica) and the late John A. Zonzo Sr., dear brother of JoAnn (Joe) Parrella and Jenny (Pavel) Balaz, uncle of many. Funeral Wednesday, 9:30 a.m., from Salerno's Galewood Chapel, Frank Reda & Son Directors, 1857 N. Harlem Ave., to Our Lady Mother of the Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Visitation Tuesday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. For info 773-889-1700.

My heart goes out to you the family, for your sudden loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
I met Johnny about 30 yrs ago; he always made everyone feel welcome to join the group. So many fun memories; the 3, Ditka's, Milwaukee etc. and we are fortunate to have enjoyed the laughter.

ANYONE WHO KNEW ZONZO KNEW HE HAD A HEART OF GOLD.HE CAME FROM A GOOD FAMILY,VERY PROUD OF HIS PARENTS AND 2 SISTERS.BACK IN THE DAY HE AND HIS FRIENDS FROM TAYLOR ST. AND ME AND MINE FROM GRAND AVE.DANCING DOWNTOWN AT EDDIE ROCKETS.THEN THERE WAS HIS BIRTHDAY PARTY AT FACES.WE ALWAYS HAD GREAT TIMES,MANY CONCERTS ALWAYS HAVING FUN.WE EVEN HAD A BLAST IN NEW YORK. I remember meeting John through the wife and mother of his children. He made me feel welcomed in his home and was an easy going person to chat with. I know that you will be welcomed in the house of the Lord and I will always do what I can for them 3 beautiful kids that you left behind.
