Wrenn, John R. "Jack' U.S. Marine Corps. Veteran. age 68 after a long battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Cheryl (nee Cook) and the late Jeanne Wrenn, cherished father of John Wrenn, Jim (Sandy) Wrenn, Patrick (Donna) Burns, Jill (Patrick) Quigley, Jackie (Ray) Hall and Mike (Theresa) Burns, loving grandfather of Jeanne, Tom, Katie, Ryan, Christie, Carrie, Jim, Kellie, Danielle, Connor, Brittany, Alex and Dylan, devoted son of Mae and the late John E. Wrenn, dear brother of Tom (Mary) Wrenn, Bob (Maryann) Wrenn, and Carolyn Lane. Proud master of Annie No No. Retired driver from Holland Motor Express Teamster Local 705. Lifelong Minnesota Viking Fan. Valued customer of the Town Lounge. Jack was an avid card player and a very funny guy. Thank you so much for the time you gave us. Dr. "Joe" Clark, Dr. G. Funeral Monday, 8:45 a.m. from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, to Our Lady of Loretto Church, Hometown, for mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment private. Visitation Sunday, from 3 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bethshan Association, 12927 S. Monitor, Palos Heights, IL, 60463 or Cardinal Bernadin Cancer Center or Loyola Hospice at Loyola University, 2160 S. First Avenue, Maywood, IL, 60153, would be appreciated. 708-425-0500.

Dear Mr. Wrenn,
We are sure you are in a better place and I swear to you that I will look out for Jimmy, he has had such a hard time losing you. All of your kids are missing you dearly as is your wife. Im always going to miss you grandpa. I loved every christmas we would all spend at your house... and the little jokes you always seemed to make. Im always going to miss you, but Im happy for you to be in heaven. Im happy that you are no longer sick. Im happy that you can finally hold grandma Jean in your arms again.
