Beloved husband of the late Dolores E. (nee Anderson); loving father of Pamela A., Lenice M. Valsecchi, Jeffrey (Christela Lopez) and the late Russell J.; fond Papa of Jessica, Gianni, Tinley Park, Chicago Ridge and Roberts Park Fire Departments and Benjamin Henry; dear brother of Stanley (Alyce), Roberta (David) Mabry, Shirley (Rick) Newtoff, Joanne (John "Jay", ret. CFD) Riordan and the late Beatrice (late John) Luchetz; uncle and great-uncle of many nieces. Licensed funeral director and embalmer of 66 years, owner of Kowske-Wolowiec Funeral Directors, Inc. for 62 years, past member of NFDA, IFDA, CANA, ICCFA and FDSA. Former parishioner of St. Ann and St. Augustine Churches, Life Member of VFW Rhine Post #2729 and General Theodore Roosevelt, Jr. VFW Post #4028.
