Dearest family of John Walz,

It is with a heavy and grieving heart that I give you my condolences.

I will miss John with his tall elegant frame, his beautiful long silver hair and friendly, sincere face.

On the rare occasion that I was fortunate to see John, I instantly enjoyed a bright, warm and comfortable moment. It seemed that we were always happy and comfortable to see each other.

John may have lived a subtle and private life, but his sweetness and sincerity was so magnanimous that he has touched my life forever and has left an indelible impression on me.

I am so very grateful that John crossed paths with me. I shall never forget him. Our building is a sadder and grayer place without his presence.

What a lovely and gentle man. What a great loss.

May he find peace and rest in God’s grace.
