My wife, Jan and I are saddened by John's passing. He was an outstanding basketball manager that was promoted to a varsity basketball team statistician at Fremd H.S. from about 1972-76. He loved that job so much more than many of the other tasks required of managers. However, his mom, Jean said "John needs to learn how to do all those other things, too." Our sincere condolences to John's family.

I knew John from the early days of Paddock School and Fremd H.S. He always had a kind heart and tried his hardest. I heard from my friends in Palatine of his passing. My sincere sympathy to the Trout Family.

John was a dedicated man to his passions. He loved sports, helping people, and the best high school team manager I ever knew. He made an impact and a difference. Go get things in order for the rest of us John!

I will miss John a great deal. He did my taxes for years and I always enjoyed seeing him each spring during tax season. He did a great job for me and my family every year and he was always current with the many tax changes and complexities of the tax code. But most of all I will miss John. He was always kind and great to be around.
