Sowizrol, John "Radar" beloved husband of the late Estelle (nee Ksiazek), loving father of John (Ginger), Patricia (Lloyd) Mattingly and Carol (Joseph) Kozak, grandfather of Cindy (Martin) Jarosch, Kelly and Kevin Kozak and the late Steven, great-grandfather of Andrew, Nicholas and Matthew Jarosch, fond brother of Josephine (the late Donald) Keefer, the late Stanley (the late Estelle) and the late Mildred (the late Edward) Van Donk, uncle of many nieces and nephews, loved by wonderful neighbors and caretakers. Funeral Thursday, May 22nd at 9:00 a.m., from Baran Funeral Home, 2644-46 N. Central Ave., to St. Ferdinand Church, Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Uncle John, you are missed by many. I just watched Aunt Estelle and your 50th Wedding Anniversary video tape. It brought back very fond memories.

Please accept my deepest sympathy at the loss of your wonderful dad. I'm sorry I didn't make it to his services. He was a great man - so kind and gentle, always with a smile. I will miss seeing him taking walks around the neighborhood. Your mom patiently waited, now they are polka-ing in heaven.
